Currently De Novo Scan does not accept insurance, however we can provide you with a Superbill that includes billing codes for you to submit to your insurance company.
Physicians Mutual, a supplement to Medicare covers Thermography 100% without a deductible as part of the Enhanced Preventive Benefits.
HSA or FSA accounts are accepted as a viable method for paying for your scan.
